Cooling Drum Machine
The Cooling Drum Machine is a precision-fabricated temperature control roller designed for rapid and uniform heat extraction from extruded films, sheets, paper webs, and textile materials immediately after high-temperature processing. Internally, the drum incorporates a spiral baffle water channel that forces chilled water to traverse the full width and circumference of the drum shell, ensuring no cold spots or temperature gradients on the drum surface. The drum shell is fabricated from high-quality steel, chrome-plated and mirror-polished to achieve the required surface finish and release characteristics. Rotary unions at the shaft ends allow coolant connection to a chiller or cooling water circuit without impeding rotation.
