Cutting Roller

Our Cutting Roller is manufactured from high-grade tool steel, precision ground and dynamically balanced for high-speed, continuous cutting of paper, film, foil, non-woven, and light textile webs. The hardened cutting edges — optionally tipped with Tungsten Carbide — maintain sharpness over extended production runs, significantly reducing blade replacement frequency and associated downtime. Precision concentricity (within 0.005mm) ensures uniform cut quality across the full width of the web. Custom blade profiles, including straight, serrated, and perforating edges, are available to suit specific cutting requirements.
