Hexagonal Grid Engraving Roller
The Hexagonal Grid Engraving Roller (Honeycomb Roller) is precision engraved with a regular hexagonal cell pattern, widely used in gravure printing and coating applications for controlled ink or lacquer volume transfer. The hexagonal geometry provides the highest packing efficiency — minimizing web contact points — which ensures excellent ink/coating pickup and uniform lay-down across the substrate. In embossing applications, the honeycomb pattern imparts a premium, geometric texture popular in luxury packaging and laminate surfaces. Available in various BCM (billion cubic microns) volumes and cell angles.
